Every piece is made from the customer's own route: yours will have your race, your name and your time.
Before you order
QUESTIONS.
If your piece arrives damaged or different from the proof you approved, we make it again at no cost. Send us a photo and we take care of it.
What if I don't have my race GPX?
No problem. Tell us the race and the year and we find it. A link to your activity on Strava, Garmin, Suunto, Coros or Wikiloc works too, or a .fit or .tcx file.
How long does it take?
First we email you the design proof. Once you approve it, your piece leaves the workshop in 2 days, and express shipping takes 24/48 h on mainland Spain and 48/72 h to the Balearics and Portugal.
About 5 working days from your go-ahead. We don't start making it before you say yes.
What if I don't like how it looks?
That's what the design proof is for: you see it before we make anything. If you want to change the framing, the colours or the text, tell us and we send you another one.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over €30. Below €30, €5.99. We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
It's a gift and I don't know their time or bib number
Tick «it's a gift» when you create it and send us the details later, when you have them. If you don't know the race either, a gift card lets them choose.
Will my city race have buildings?
Buildings and streets with real volume are only on the Leyenda, and up to a half marathon (21.1 km). Beyond that the map gets too small for them to read.
On the other sizes a city race comes with the street plan and your route, without buildings.
Can I return it?
Because it's made with your data and your route, Spanish law doesn't grant a right of withdrawal on personalised products. That's why we send the proof before making it: so you never need one.
If it arrives damaged or different from the proof you approved, we remake it at no cost.
